“I have heard some of my clients describe Reiki as acupuncture without needles as it works with the energy lines called nadis and meridians as well as chakras.”

What to expect during a Reiki session

For Reiki treatments you lie down for one hour on a massage bed and allow the energy to do its work. You are encouraged to close your eyes, have an open mind and let go.

A few minutes before and after the session will be allocated to answer questions and comment on the session.

Clients must come rested and feeling fresh to all sessions to better feel the energy and get the most out of the experience. Afterwards, although there are no negative side effects, it is recommended to drink a lot of water and take rest. Pregnant women and children with parental consent are welcome.

Alcohol should not be consumed before or after the session, and coffee should be taken in moderation according to what the body is used to.

When it comes to energy, there is no time or space and so, Reiki distance healings are the same as in person. You will be asked to pick a time when you will lie down for one hour to receive the energy. All exchanges before and after are done in writing so clients can go back and reread comments after the session. No matter where you are, let love and wellbeing find you.

”Nothing needs to be wrong to book a session; these treatments can be as relaxing as a massage or as centering and grounding as a meditation. Curiosity is also a good reason to try a session or enroll in a course
